People and Business Skills

Matrix, business growth consultants, invite you to attend a free briefing on their People and Business Skills training programme for life science and technology based companies on Friday 2nd June, between 10 – 11 am in the Reception Building, Main Board Room, Kelvin Campus at the West of Scotland Science Park.


The programme creates a sense of community by providing the opportunity to address each leader’s individual needs, share experiences and learn from one another. The programme is delivered and facilitated by Matrix who have achieved significant results with over 275 participants.

The briefing will explain how participants can become better leaders:

  • Making commercially astute decisions - balancing business and technical goals
  • Moving from operational to developmental leadership – making processes better each time
  • Getting more from colleagues and the team – inspiring them and winning co-operation
  • Building a high performing team - leading, motivating and enthusing high and average performers
  • Introducing, leading and sustaining change – and keeping the team with you
  • Managing multiple projects – juggling competing demands with end-points in view
