The course is delivered through six sessions over two days. Each session is designed to provide attendees with the necessary background understanding while building upon practical case study material and group exercises to develop their appreciation and confidence in applying the skills learnt. Delegates will be encouraged to discuss their own experiences and consider how risk management and corporate governance can be embedded in their own organisations.
At the end of the second day delegates are invited to sit a short assessment paper based on the material learnt over the two days and in return you will be rewarded with a personalised Institute of Risk Management Certificate.
